Professor Ulrich Ammon "The language policy of the European Union: Laissez-faire solutions to seemingly insoluble conflicts?"
Prof. Dr. Ulrich Ammon is professor for German Linguistics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. His main research interests are in sociolinguistics, language policy and national varieties of the German language. He is currently a visiting professor in the ANU’s German Studies Program.
